Cancellation policy

Estimates can be canceled without any penalties, and deposits will be fully refunded if the customer cancels the move in writing within three days after signing the Bill of Lading, as per 49 CFR § 375.505(h). If the cancellation occurs outside this three-day period or after the mover has started the moving services (such as packing, loading, storing, or transporting to or from the pick-up or delivery location), the estimate/order cannot be canceled, and deposits will not be refunded. Moving services will commence only after the customer signs the Bill of Lading, authorizing the mover to begin. Cancellations are not allowed once the customer’s belongings have been loaded onto the truck.
